I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from UBC and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Western University. My practice is grounded in evidence-based knowledge. I am certified in pelvic health physiotherapy, and able to help with concerns regarding pregnancy, birth prep and postpartum, incontinence, prolapse, basic bowel issues, and pelvic pain. My expertise also extends to prehabilitation and rehabilitation, particularly for knee and hip replacements and various other conditions. I have experience catering to a wide range of clients including geriatric populations, athletes, office workers, and those seeking to integrate more exercise and activity into their lifestyle. I also provide pain management education and postural or movement guidance, tailoring each session to my client's unique needs and goals. I take pride in offering bilingual services, fluently speaking both English and Punjabi, to ensure my clients feel comfortable and thoroughly understood.
