This virtual appointment is for follow-up after your initial consultation. We will check together the progress of your changes, answer any questions you may have and discuss the steps forward, i.e., adjusting nutrition plan and/or introducing new strategies.

In your first virtual physiotherapy session, expect a comprehensive evaluation of your health history and current physical condition, followed by a discussion of your specific goals and challenges. Utilizing a secure video platform, I will guide you through a series of movements and assessments to accurately understand your needs, and begin formulating a personalized treatment plan designed to address your unique health and wellness objectives.
